    Following many enquiries on the above subject from several countries, including Australia, China, Russia, Japan, USA, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Thailand, South Africa and Mexico. I now advise that any baking powder, especially those “suitable for vegetarians” containing disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, or disodium diphosphate, along with sodium hydrogen carbonate, with wheat or rice flour will do the job. In a supermarket over here, a 170g tub of such baking powder only costs about 70 cents and does the job.
